This is one of the first organic candies in the form of a “drop” that I’ve run across. I have a sweet tooth and I blame it on my Mom. After every meal I have a craving for something sweet. These are great because I can just suck on one of these and it satisfies my craving. If I eat a dessert I normally want more of it and then I feel guilty. These do the trick wonderfully. Let me get to the review and explain more.
The package describes these as the “Best Taste on Earth” and I won’t argue it. Yummy Earth is unique in that they don’t use chemicals, pesticides, and dyes that mass produced company’s use. Candy may seem trivial compared to the big picture but everything adds up and that just means more gunk in your body. They use real fruit extracts and organic ingredients which really makes them taste so good. If you’ve ever smelled an essential oil, in particular Peppermint you know how strong the scent is. This caries over in their product. These things are strong! You won’t have to worry about bad breath after having one of these puppies. I find they are strong in a good and satisfying way but some may find it too much for them. Be warned!
Among being Organic these candies are full of other good stuff.

[Warning!: Michael’s Health Food Rant]I’m not a fan of calling products “Natural” and it bugs me when I see this. The word “Natural” is being abused by big business to market their products to misinformed consumers who think anything in a product listed “Natural” is associated with “Organic”. Oatmeal can be considered “Natural” because Oats come from Nature. See what I mean? It’s too loose. When you are shopping for products make sure you check the ingredients and if something is listed “Natural” be wary because they are probably hiding something. For example: “Natural Flavorings”.
I’m very glad that they listed that their product is “Gluten Free”. This is so important if you are Celiac and many conventional candies will have wheat and you won’t even realize it. If you’re not familiar with Celiac disease, consuming wheat is like feeding them rat poison. (Don’t take this the wrong way; I’m trying to drive home the point). It wasn’t necessary to list “Wheat-Free” too, but oh well. Same goes for Dairy and Casein. That is just nit-picking though :). Its’ really nice that they list these facts for people with allergies/food sensitivities, it’s very important. Again, I know its candy but for some people, it’s a big deal.
Conclusion:
Overall a great product that I make sure I always have with me. I highly recommend but as I discussed above, they are strong! This is just another product I feel good about about eating being organic and good to the earth.
