Note about reaction #5 (Diels-Alder Reaction):
At about 1:01:07 for the Diels-Alder Reaction, note that when you have unsymmetrical reagents the 1,2 and 1,4 adduct forms as the major product. In this case that means putting that methyl group on the carbon labeled 2 on the structure. If you were to put it on the carbon labeled 5 on the structure, we would get the 1,3 adduct which is not going to be the major product.
